The first “Evrohata” restaurant was founded in April 2004, in Kyiv. Its founders wanted to provide their visitors with a so-called Ukrainian fast food, however they went much further than existed fast food features. In fact, there is a self service in “Evrohata”, but the equipment, technological process of preparation and quantity of offered dishes reminds a luxurious restaurant.
Currently “Evrohata” is a dynamically developing chain of fast food restaurants, which successfully combines old Ukrainian traditions and modern European level of service.
