After signing the contract of commercial concession franchisee is given a full franchising package including detailed description of business concept, technological documents, equipment maintenance instructions, functional duties of all workers and other materials necessary for work. We give recommendations concerning employee selection, we carry out personnel training; we offer the software for cash service and conducting the economic account; we provide franchisee with lists of necessary stock and ware, we work on restaurant design.
